5 Ways to GROW your BUSINESS!

5 Tasks

Running a business takes a lot of time and focus.

There is always something that needs to be done or taken care of to keep operations running smoothly.  The hard part for most CEOs and entrepreneurs, isn’t finding the time to do all these things, believe it or not, the hard part for most is allowing themselves to delegate and automate some of their responsibilities to others.  Trust me when I tell you, that the key to saving your sanity as an entrepreneur or CEO is to automate and streamline operations as much as possible.  The more you can automate, streamline, delegate or hire done, the more time you have to build your business and make the money.

Here are the most important tasks to streamline for your company:

  1. Accounting

According to studies done by experts from SBA, Intuit and SCORE, “Automation of the payroll tax compliance process eliminated all manual keying of data.”

Setting up software and hiring third parties to manage your accounting and taxes is one of the biggest time savers and stress savers you can implement. These software packages get automatically updated with the most up-to-date tax codes and regulations, so you never have to worry about your numbers being correct.  Not to mention it takes the liability of your company when these organizations take on this responsibility, as they are responsible to make sure they are filed on time.  (Unfortunately, you are still responsible to make sure the money is in your account to pay).  And, because everything including payroll is automated, you never have to worry about issuing paychecks late because you got swamped with other work.

  1. Social Media

You know that to build and grow your business your company needs to have a social media presence. You also know that monitoring and updating those accounts is incredibly time consuming.  Many companies hire employees or freelancers to manage the company social media accounts for them. If you don’t have room in your budget for that, however, you can still reduce the time you spend on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. by using tools like HootSuite, Buffer, etc. to automatically publish posts and updates.

  1. Marketing Tasks

Much of your marketing will take place online and now more than ever it is important to have a Marketing Manager contract someone to do this.  Marketing’s best ROI use to be print, radio and YP advertising, now is coming in at Google AdWords, SEO, SEM, Email & Messenger Marketing and YouTube Marketing.  Typically done with Ad buys, content creation, and email, Social Media, AdSense and reasonable budgets, this too is going to change in the very near future. Like with social media, some companies simply hire someone or contract a third-party company to manage their online marketing tasks, but that might cost money, ranging from $300 per month and up, plus your monthly Paid advertising budget.  Once again, if you do not have or simply do not want to spend this amount of money, you can do it on your own, many web marketing techniques can be automated as well.   Email marketing typically uses auto-responders to follow up with customers and clients. Content can be written in blocks and then published in smaller chunks via scheduled posting CMSs like WordPress and now even through some Artificial Intelligence programs to help generate content and posts.

  1. Project Management

Having to sort through piles of notes and updates on a project is a waste of time. Automate this part of your day by using project management apps like Trello or Basecamp or maybe even Asana.

You can also use Evernote for this as well as for the other notes and reminders you’d normally jot down during the day. Using cloud-based solutions like these helps you streamline your business while keeping everyone on the same digital page about who is doing what and when.  I personally love using the Google platform including calendar, google drive along with sheets, docs & slides.

5.Customer Relations Management and Support

If you funnel all your customer correspondence through your email, it is going to take forever to figure out what you need to do and when you need to do it.

Using CRM software and support ticket software helps reduce the time and frustration of these tasks considerably. These software tools help sort communications for you so that you can respond to urgent requests and hot leads quickly and save the less urgent responses for later. Without these tools you will likely spend your entire day simply sorting and responding to email. Who wants that?

It’s natural to want to do everything yourself. This is your company after all. Soon, though, you will find that micro-managing and doing everything yourself will only burn out your momentum. Automate as much as possible. You’ll be more productive and far less stressed!

Identifying the Leader within your organization & Yourself!

Next Level Success .png

Organizations are always looking for great leadership and honestly great leaders, individuals who either see themselves as a great leader or have the potential to be a great leader.   The age old, million-dollar question is “How do we identify these individuals and build them into the leader they want to be or more importantly the Leader they could be?”   The process, as difficult as it may seem, is simple.  First, we must remember that the secret in leading people, is to generate an atmosphere in which others feel comfortable and appreciated, provide the proper tools, resources and support to grow and learn and then coach and mentor to the Next Level.   Every person in a leadership role – the manager or supervisor, sale people, service people or even a parent or guardian must do many things, which go against the grain when handling workers, customers, prospects or even our own children.

An effective leader understands who THEY are, takes control of their own life and leads themselves in the direction they want to go.  The effective leaders know how to give themselves a command and follow it.  Effective Leaders understand their creative abilities and they know they have the capacity to create anything they want in their world, whether on their own or as a team or organization.  They always maintain a GREAT attitude regardless of what’s going on outside, and the know where they are going and ALTHOUGH they have a plan or plans, they DO NOT know how they are going to get there.  They ONLY know they are going to get there.  They will change their plan but, they never change the goal.  Leaders understand that if a person is not prepared to do more than they are being paid for, they will never be paid for more than what they are doing.  BUT the most important identifying factor of a true leader is; that of a person who has people following them, NOT because they have to, BUT because they WANT TO.

Leaders are found at every level of an organization.  The challenge is to develop their talents and abilities and make them more effective.  Leaders have the power to choose alternative ways of thinking, acting, and behaving in the leadership activities for which they are responsible.  Identifying these key individuals can be as simple as sifting and watching in your organization, or through our online tools using our Next Level Leadership Assesment & O.P.S Leadership Development program to help provide personal insight and the key dimensions and behaviors, actions and traits of your potential leaders, developing them into the best version of themselves- V2.0+.

TOP 10 REASONS TO HIRE A BUSINESS COACH!

The Top 10 Reasons To Hire A Business Coach

TOP REASONS TO HIRE A BUSINESS COACH_Page_01

“I got this!”

That’s the hallmark of the stubborn entrepreneur.

Yeah, it’s great to be self-motivated. But everyone eventually hits a wall.

Here’s the hard truth many people can’t face… You can’t do it all alone!

I get it. I’ve been there.

When I first tried making money online, I spent 18 months spinning my wheels.I didn’t have a penny to show for it. I tried everything. I put my head down and pushed forward. I exhausted myself to the point where I was about to give up.

And the night I was going to quit, I posted in the forum I was active in, saying that I was throwing the towel in. Someone responded, telling me not to quit just yet and he gave me a simple system. Having nothing to lose, I took his advice. And to my surprise, I actually made money that very next day!

That gave me a glimmer of hope and set me on a path where I eventually made tens of millions of dollars. To this day, I still don’t know who that guy was. But he changed my life.

And that chance encounter made me realize one of the most important things in life…

WE CAN’T DO IT ALL ALONE.

TOP REASONS TO HIRE A BUSINESS COACH_Page_03

It’s ok to ask for help. In fact, all of the most successful people have this in common…

They leverage the knowledge and skills of others. Successful people are students! They never stop learning from other successful people.

I run a multi-million dollar business. And one of the best decisions I ever made was to hire Pierre, my business coach.

I’m confident in myself, of course. But my business is expanding into territory I’ve never been before. And Pierre has been there. So having him in my corner allows me to make the right decisions, while avoiding the all-too common mistakes, as I grow my business.

To be completely honest, I’ve spent over $60,000 in the last year on mentorship. Yes, it’s that important.

Mentors are the secret to massive success that the average person overlooks.

The average person isn’t willing to ask for help. The average person isn’t willing to put their ego aside and take advice. And this is why they remain average.

Point to any successful person, and I will show you a team of coaches that paved the way for them.

If I saw a brilliant person trying to start a business completely on their own, compared to an average Joe with great mentors, the average Joe is going to have a much higher chance of success. That’s how powerful coaching is.

And maybe the most powerful form of coaching is business coaching…

10 REASONS TO HIRE A BUSINESS COACH

TOP REASONS TO HIRE A BUSINESS COACH_Page_04

There are so many reasons to hire a business coach. A business coach is often the key to lasting success.

So here are the top 10 reasons to hire a business coach…

1. ACCOUNTABILITY

  • TOP REASONS TO HIRE A BUSINESS COACH_Page_05

Let’s face it. We’re all much more likely to achieve anything when we’re held accountable.

It’s so easy to procrastinate or skip things if you’re not held accountable. Without accountability, most people fall into the “I’ll do it tomorrow” trap. And it never gets done!

I’ve been there too. But I also realized that having a coach to hold me accountable helps me get a lot more done.

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management describes the benefits of accountability on their website…

The positive results of practicing a constructive approach to accountability include:

  • improved performance,
  • more employee participation and involvement,
  • increased feelings of competency,
  • increased employee commitment to the work,
  • more creativity and innovation, and
  • higher employee morale and satisfaction with the work.

Here’s the bottom line…

Being held accountable increases the chances of getting anything done. And a business coach is a great way to leverage accountability.

2.  COMMITMENT

  1. TOP REASONS TO HIRE A BUSINESS COACH_Page_06

Having a business coach is a COMMITMENT. This ties into accountability.

When someone makes a commitment, they have skin in the game. With any kind of commitment, anyone is more likely to follow through.

A business coach is both a monetary commitment AND a personal commitment. Those are two factors that really motivate people. When most people pay money for something, they’re going to do it. When most people get someone else involved with their goals, they’re going to be more motivated.

Think about it…

  • Aren’t you more likely to commit to something if you already paid for it?Of course.
  • And aren’t you more likely to commit to something if you tell someone about it?

The aspects of commitment to a business coach uses basic human psychology to your advantage.

Hiring a business coach leverages the power of commitment.

3.  ANOTHER PERSPECTIVE

TOP REASONS TO HIRE A BUSINESS COACH_Page_07

A business coach gives you another perspective besides your own.

This is a benefit of any relationship between people. But with a business coach, it’s someone who has the experience and expertise you need to succeed.

This means that a business coach will see things that you might not have seen before. And some things that are second nature to them might be something you never imagined.

You can bounce ideas off of business coaches. This can be incredibly valuable. Most people come up with ideas that might not be too good. Then they pursue those ideas until, way later, they realize it wasn’t a good idea.

A business coach will help you sort through ideas, choose the best one and find the most effective way to execute it.

Remember the old phrase, “Two heads are better than one.”

4.  SEE WHAT’S POSSIBLE

TOP REASONS TO HIRE A BUSINESS COACH_Page_08

We’ve all experienced “a ha” moments before.

This is when we get our minds blown by something someone else says. A lot of times, what is common sense to a professional is absolutely mind-blowing to a beginner.

A business coach can point out something that might be simple, but it will completely change your worlds.

“Wow, how did I not think of that?”

…That phrase comes out of my mouth whenever I meet with my business coach.

A good business coach will open up your sense of possibility. They will show you what’s really possible and exactly how to get there.

I like to think of business coaches like night vision goggles. They will help you see things you’ve never seen before.

5.  LEARN FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS DONE IT

TOP REASONS TO HIRE A BUSINESS COACH_Page_09

Any legit business coach has done what they’re coaching…

  • A good business growth coach has grown a business.
  • A good marketing consultant is a professional marketer.
  • A good online business coach has probably built several online businesses.

…The point is that they have a whole lot of experience to draw from. And this experience is incredibly valuable for someone starting out.

Having access to someone who has already done what you’re trying to do is THE BEST RESOURCE.

A business coach will help you achieve what you want in the most effective way, while avoiding the mistakes that they made. Hiring a business coach helps you avoid the mistakes that almost everyone makes when doing it on their own.

  6.  ACCESS TO A PROVEN SYSTEM

TOP REASONS TO HIRE A BUSINESS COACH_Page_10

One thing that I see so often among stubborn “do it myself” types is this…

They don’t use a specific system!

They read a lot of stuff and haphazardly try everything at once. Then wonder why they don’t get results. Well, of course they’re not getting results. Because they have no system.

This was one of the reasons why I was spinning my wheels for so long. I would try everything, but never really commit to a single system. And I was too stubborn and cheap to learn from people who could help me. So the result was years of frustration.

An example of a proven system is my 5 step email marketing system. Thousands of students have used this system to accomplish in days what takes most people months or years to accomplish on their own.

A business coach will give you a proven system. If it worked for them, and they duplicated it with others, it will most likely work for you too.

7.  SAVES TIME, MONEY AND EFFORT

TOP REASONS TO HIRE A BUSINESS COACH_Page_11

Learning from a coach’s experience and having a system is the fast track to success.

It will save you so much time, money and effort.

I’ve helped people achieve in DAYS, what took me years to do on my own. That’s how game-changing a business coach can be.

Here’s something most people don’t realize: You actually waste a lot of money finding and experimenting with things that don’t work. You also leave so much potential profit on the table!

Let’s use an opt-in page that collects email addresses as an example. How long do you think it would take someone to build an effective opt-in page completely on their own? They would have to test the best layout, the best titles, the best subtitles, the best colors to use and a lot more. They would also have to test how the opt-in page fits into their funnel. That’s a ridiculous amount of time and effort.

While on the other hand, a business coach could help them create a high-converting opt-in page in a matter of minutes. See the HUGE difference?

Do you want to waste time, money and your life? Or do you want someone to help you gain success as quickly as possible?

Hire a business coach and get on the fast track to success.

8.  GETS YOU UNSTUCK

TOP REASONS TO HIRE A BUSINESS COACH_Page_12

We all encounter roadblocks, especially in business.

Roadblocks come up all too often in online business. They’re inevitable. And these roadblocks can be debilitating if you don’t know how to get around them.

A business coach is like having a bulldozer that comes in and removes roadblocks.

They have the skills and experience to solve anything you’re facing. So what may be a BIG problem to you is most likely a simple fix to them (or not a problem at all).

Hello coach, bye-bye roadblocks.

9.  BUILDING CONNECTIONS

TOP REASONS TO HIRE A BUSINESS COACH_Page_13

So much of success is based on the connections you have.

As the saying goes, “Your network is your net worth.” Then there’s also the piece of wisdom about being the average of the 5 people you spend the most time around.

The point here is that a business coach is a great connection. And, a lot of times, just being around someone successful creates positive change!

Next Level Entrepreneurs and NextLevelworldwide.com  emphasizes the importance of connections

“It’s not WHAT you know, but WHO you know. This is so true in business. If you want a really successful business, then you need to have a great source of relevant connections in your network that you can call on when you need them.”

And if you build a good relationship with a business coach, they become a connection for life. And through them, you’ll meet other successful people and it becomes a snowball effect.

10.  GETS YOU OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE

TOP REASONS TO HIRE A BUSINESS COACH_Page_14

Here’s something most people overlook… A business coach will make you uncomfortable.

They will call you out on your excuses. They will push your limits. And what’s the result?

You will achieve what you’ve never achieved before.

To be successful in anything, you can’t maintain mediocre routines. You can’t stay in your comfort zone.

If you step outside of your comfort zone, you will be greatly rewarded.

We’ve all seen this in every great movie. The main character comes across some kind of mentor. That mentor takes them under their wing and pushes the main character to their very limits. And this results in a complete evolution into a new and improved person.

We are the stars of our own movies. And we all need that mentor. When it comes to business, a business coach is that mentor.

TOP REASONS TO HIRE A BUSINESS COACH_Page_15

By now, it should be really obvious…

A BUSINESS COACH IS LIKE A SECRET WEAPON.

There are so many benefits to having a business coach that it’s a MUST for anyone who wants to be successful.

I would go as far to say that a business coach is a prerequisite for BIG SUCCESS.

Anyone who has achieved massive success has stood on the shoulders of giants. They all have mentors, myself included.

Let’s summarize the 10 reasons to hire a business coach one more time…

  1. Accountability
  2. Commitment
  3. Another Perspective
  4. See What’s Possible
  5. Learn From Someone Who Has Done It
  6. Access to a Proven System
  7. Saves Time, Money and Effort
  8. Gets You Unstuck
  9. Building Connections
  • Gets You Out of Your Comfort Zone

If I offered a magic pill with those benefits, everyone would take it without hesitation.

That’s how powerful having a business coach is. Don’t spin your wheels trying to do everything on your own.

  • You don’t have to go through 18 months of frustration like I did.
  • You don’t have to keep hitting walls.
  • You don’t have to waste more money, time and precious energy.

I WANT TO GIVE BACK AND HELP AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE.

The 21/90 Rule!

Rule1

When I look back upon my 20+ years as an entrepreneur and reflect upon the challenges that I faced in my business and in my personal life, I wondered what I would do differently. What advice would I give to a young entrepreneur who was just starting out, given the experiences that I had? I met a lot of different people in my life – dealers, managers, business owners and other entrepreneurs. When I go over all of my conversations with them, I realized something – All of them loved to be self-employed, yet their struggles and issues overwhelmed them.

I gave it more thought and realized that in life and business we often cite the 80/20 principle – that 80% of the outcomes are generated by 20% of the input. Like 80% of a firm’s revenue is generated by 20% of the employees, or that 80% of our happiness is derived by 20 % of our activities.

But my own journey as an entrepreneur has been governed by another rule. I have decided to call it the 21/90 rule. All my life, my business, all of my achievements seem to have the same common thread running through them – the 21/90 rule.

So, what exactly is the 21/90 rule?

You must be thinking how come you have never heard of it.

I’ll tell you now.

Simply stated, the 21/90 rule is this:

It takes 21 days to form a habit and 90 days to create a lifestyle.

Let me elaborate.

In life and in business we always know WHAT it is that we need to do but not always HOW to do it. We know our destination but getting there is the tough part.

In my journey, I came to see, time and time and time again, that the key to change, the key to everlasting permanent change lies in the 21 Days of the Habit.

Let me give you an example.

When I was in my early to mid-40s, I realized that I needed to set up a workout routine. However, I could never find the time. My day started earlier than most – I’d be on my way to work when others were still in bed, I’d work through my lunch – just grabbing a quick bite at my desk or in the car and in the evening when most were headed home to their families, I’d use the quiet of the office to get as much done as possible. By the time I’d get home, grab a quick supper and tuck the kids into bed, I would be so spent that heading to the gym or taking to the treadmill would be the last thing I wanted to do. I’d climb back into bed, and next morning the crazy cycle would begin all over again.

However, finally a few years later, I decided enough was enough. I made up my mind that come what may, I’d make sure that I got 30 minutes of exercise, 4 to 5 times a week, either first thing in the morning or last thing before I went to bed. I decided that I would stick to this for 30 days and see what happened.

And guess what? By the 20th day, it became much easier to find the time for my workout. I was feeling better, I was enjoying my workouts and the clarity of mind that exercise gave me made my day more productive. I can say that it was by the 20th day that working out became a habit. By the time I reached 90 days, it was no longer merely a habit, but a lifestyle that I still maintain to this day. Not because I am overweight but because I felt that I needed to make a change. Now I am in my late 40s and I have realized that has been repeating throughout my life. Whenever I have achieved success, whenever I have made a meaningful change in my life, the 21/90 rule has come into play.

So, what is it that I am trying to tell you?

In our lives, the greatest gap between us and our goals is the KNOWING vs DOING gap. What we KNOW vs what we DO. The 80/20 rule is the rule of KNOWING but the 21/90 rule is the rule of DOING. If you truly want to get to your goals, close this GAP from what you KNOW to what you DO.

If you want to make a transformation in your life and create a meaningful change in your lifestyle; if you want to create a life that you enjoy, then focus on the 21/90 rule, implement it and make the change that you are looking for. Make the 21/90 rule the primary rule in your life and take action NOW.

I suggest following steps to make any meaningful long-lasting change in your lifestyle

  1. Reflect deeply on what you truly want in life. It may be money, fame, worldly possessions, knowledge, successful career or meaningful relationships.
  2. Write your life goals down on a piece of paper and place them in 3 or 5 locations where you see them throughout your day – in your car, on the bathroom mirror, on the refrigerator, on your desk at work.
  3. Verbalize your achievements and say it out loud to yourself in the mirror 2 times a day. Follow this and the steps you need to take to reach your goals for 90 days and watch a transformation take over your life. It takes time, but with a consistent and deliberate effort, the universe will respond the way you want it to.

As a Human Potential and personal development coach and mentor, I always look to help those who reach out to us about what they want to achieve and what barriers are keeping them from achieving their goal. I’d love to hear about your life, your challenges and your thoughts on where your journey has led you.

Feeling Is the Secret

By Neville Goddard

Next Level Worldwide – AM Services

Contents

Foreword

Chapter 1: Law and Its Operation

Chapter 2: Sleep

Chapter 2: Prayer

Chapter 4: Spirit – Feeling

Foreword

THIS book is concerned with the art of realizing your desire. It gives you an account of the mechanism used in the production of the visible world. It is a small book but not slight. There is a treasure in it, a clearly defined road to the realization of your dreams.

Were it possible to carry conviction to another by means of reasoned arguments and detailed instances, this book would be many times its size. It is seldom possible, however, to do so by means of written statements or arguments since to the suspended judgment it always seems plausible to say that the author was dishonest or deluded, and, therefore, his evidence was tainted. Consequently, I have purposely omitted all arguments and testimonials, and simply challenge the open-minded reader to practice the law of consciousness as revealed in this book. Personal success will prove far more convincing than all the books that could be written on the subject. – NEVILLE

Chapter 1: Law and Its Operation

THE world, and all within it, is man’s conditioned consciousness objectified. Consciousness is the cause as well as the substance of the entire world.

So, it is to consciousness that we must turn if we would discover the secret of creation.

Knowledge of the law of consciousness and the method of operating this law will enable you to accomplish all you desire in life.

Armed with a working knowledge of this law, you can build and maintain an ideal world.

Consciousness is the one and only reality, not figuratively but. This reality may for the sake of clarity be likened unto a stream which is divided into two parts, the conscious and the subconscious. In order to intelligently operate the law of consciousness, it is necessary to understand the relationship between the conscious and the subconscious.

The conscious is personal and selective; the subconscious is impersonal and non-selective. The conscious is the realm of effect; the subconscious is the realm of cause. These two aspects are the male and female divisions of consciousness. The conscious is male; the subconscious is female.

The conscious generates ideas and impresses these ideas on the subconscious; the subconscious receives ideas and gives form and expression to them.

By this law – first conceiving an idea and then impressing the idea conceived on the subconscious – all things evolve out of consciousness; and without this sequence, there is not anything made that is made.

The conscious impresses the subconscious, while the subconscious expresses all that is impressed upon it.

The subconscious does not originate ideas, but accepts as true those which the conscious mind feels to be true and, in a way known only to itself, objectifies the accepted ideas.

Therefore, through his power to imagine and feel and his freedom to choose the idea he will entertain, man has control over creation. Control of the subconscious is accomplished through control of your ideas and feelings.

The mechanism of creation is hidden in the very depth of the subconscious, the female aspect or womb of creation.

The subconscious transcends reason and is independent of induction. It contemplates a feeling as a fact existing within itself and on this assumption, proceeds to give expression to it. The creative process begins with an idea and its cycle runs its course as a feeling and ends in a volition to act.

Ideas are impressed on the subconscious through the medium of feeling.

No idea can be impressed on the subconscious until it is felt, but once felt – be it good, bad or indifferent – it must be expressed.

Feeling is the one and only medium through which ideas are conveyed to the subconscious.

Therefore, the man who does not control his feeling may easily impress the subconscious with undesirable states. By control of feeling is not meant restraint or suppression of your feeling, but rather the disciplining of self to imagine and entertain only such feeling as contributes to your happiness.

Control of your feeling is all important to a full and happy life.

Never entertain an undesirable feeling, nor think sympathetically about wrong in any shape or form. Do not dwell on the imperfection of yourself or others. To do so is to impress the subconscious with these limitations. What you do not want done unto you, do not feel that it is done unto you or another. This is the whole law of a full and happy life. Everything else is commentary.

Every feeling makes a subconscious impression and, unless it is counteracted by a more powerful feeling of an opposite nature, must be expressed.

The dominant of two feelings is the one expressed. I am healthy is a stronger feeling than I will be healthy. To feel I will be is to confess I am not; I am is stronger than I am not.

What you feel you are always dominates what you feel you would like to be; therefore, to be realized, the wish must be felt as a state that is rather than a state that is not

Sensation precedes manifestation and is the foundation upon which all manifestation rests. Be careful of your moods and feelings, for there is an unbroken connection between your feelings and your visible world. Your body is an emotional filter and bears the unmistakable marks of your prevalent emotions. Emotional disturbances, especially suppressed emotions, are the causes of all disease. To feel intensely about a wrong without voicing or expressing that feeling is the beginning of disease – dis-ease – in both body and environment. Do not entertain the feeling of regret or failure for frustration or detachment from your objective results in disease.

Think feelingly only of the state you desire to realize. Feeling the reality of the state sought and living and acting on that conviction is the way of all seeming miracles. All changes of expression are brought about through a change of feeling. A change of feeling is a change of destiny. All creation occurs in the domain of the subconscious. What you must acquire, then, is a reflective control of the operation of the subconscious, that is, control of your ideas and feelings.

Chance or accident is not responsible for the things that happen to you, nor is predestined fate the author of your fortune or misfortune. Your subconscious impressions determine the conditions of your world. The subconscious is not selective; it is impersonal and no respecter of persons [Acts 10:34; Romans 2:11]. The subconscious is not concerned with the truth or falsity of your feeling. It always accepts as true that which you feel to be true. Feeling is the assent of the subconscious to the truth of that which is declared to be true. Because of this quality of the subconscious there is nothing impossible to man. Whatever the mind of man can conceive and feel as true, the subconscious can and must objectify. Your feelings create the pattern from which your world is fashioned, and a change of feeling is a change of pattern.

The subconscious never fails to express that which has been impressed upon it.

The moment it receives an impression, it begins to work out the ways of its expression. It accepts the feeling impressed upon it, your feeling, as a fact existing within itself and immediately sets about to produce in the outer or objective world the exact likeness of that feeling.

The subconscious never alters the accepted beliefs of man. It out-pictures them to the last detail whether or not they are beneficial.

To impress the subconscious with the desirable state, you must assume the feeling that would be yours had you already realized your wish. In defining your objective, you must be concerned only with the objective itself. The manner of expression or the difficulties involved are not to be considered by you. To think feelingly on any state impresses it on the subconscious. Therefore, if you dwell on difficulties, barriers or delay, the subconscious, by its very non-selective nature, accepts the feeling of difficulties and obstacles as your request and proceeds to produce them in your outer world.

The subconscious is the womb of creation. It receives the idea unto itself through the feelings of man. It never changes the idea received, but always gives it form. Hence the subconscious out-pictures the idea in the image and likeness of the feeling received. To feel a state as hopeless or impossible is to impress the subconscious with the idea of failure.

Although the subconscious faithfully serves man, it must not be inferred that the relation is that of a servant to a master as was anciently conceived. The ancient prophets called it the slave and servant of man. St. Paul personified it as a “woman” and said: “The woman should be subject to man in everything” [Ephesians 5:24; also, 1Corinthians 14:34, Ephesians 5:22, Colossians 3:18, 1Peter 3:1]. The subconscious does serve man and faithfully gives form to his feelings. However, the subconscious has a distinct distaste for compulsion and responds to persuasion rather than to command; consequently, it resembles the beloved wife more than the servant.

“The husband is head of the wife,” Ephesians 5[:23], may not be true of man and woman in their earthly relationship, but it is true of the conscious and the subconscious, or the male and female aspects of consciousness. The mystery to which Paul referred when he wrote, “This is a great mystery [5:32]… He that loveth his wife loveth himself [5:28]… And they two shall be one flesh [5:31]”, is simply the mystery of consciousness. Consciousness is really one and undivided but for creation’s sake it appears to be divided into two.

The conscious (objective) or male aspect truly is the head and dominates the subconscious (subjective) or female aspect.

However, this leadership is not that of the tyrant, but of the lover.

So, by assuming the feeling that would be yours were you already in possession of your objective, the subconscious is moved to build the exact likeness of your assumption.

Your desires are not subconsciously accepted until you assume the feeling of their reality, for only through feeling is an idea subconsciously accepted and only through this subconscious acceptance is it ever expressed.

It is easier to ascribe your feeling to events in the world than to admit that the conditions of the world reflect your feeling. However, it is eternally true that the outside mirrors the inside.

“As within, so without” [“As above, so below; as below, so above; as within, so without; as without, so within”, “Correspondence”, the second of The Seven Principles of Hermes Trismegistus].

“A man can receive nothing unless it is given him from heaven” [John 3:27] and “The kingdom of heaven is within you” [Luke 17:21]. Nothing comes from without; all things come from within – from the subconscious.

It is impossible for you to see other than the contents of your consciousness. Your world in its every detail is your consciousness objectified. Objective states bear witness of subconscious impressions. A change of impression results in a change of expression.

The subconscious accepts as true that which you feel as true, and because creation is the result of subconscious impressions, you, by your feeling, determine creation.

You are already that which you want to be, and your refusal to believe this is the only reason you do not see it.

To seek on the outside for that which you do not feel you are is to seek in vain, for we never find that which we want; we find only that which we are.

In short, you express and have only that which you are conscious of being or possessing. “To him that hath it is given” [Matthew 13:12; 25:29; Mark 4:25; Luke 8:18; 19:26]. Denying the evidence of the senses and appropriating the feeling of the wish fulfilled is the way to the realization of your desire.

Mastery of self-control of your thoughts and feelings is your highest achievement.

However, until perfect self-control is attained, so that, in spite of appearances, you feel all that you want to feel, use sleep and prayer to aid you in realizing your desired states.

These are the two gateways into the subconscious.

Chapter 2: Sleep

SLEEP, the life that occupies one-third of our stay on earth, is the natural door into the subconscious. So, it is with sleep that we are now concerned. The conscious two-thirds of our life on earth is measured by the degree of attention we give sleep. Our understanding of and delight in what sleep has to bestow will cause us, night after night, to set out for it as though we were keeping an appointment with a lover.

“In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumbering upon the bed; then he openeth the ears of men and sealeth their instruction”, Job 33.

It is in sleep and in prayer, a state akin to sleep, that man enters the subconscious to make his impressions and receive his instructions. In these states the conscious and subconscious are creatively joined. The male and female become one flesh. Sleep is the time when the male or conscious mind turns from the world of sense to seek its lover or subconscious self.

The subconscious – unlike the woman of the world who marries her husband to change him – has no desire to change the conscious, waking state, but loves it as it is and faithfully reproduces its likeness in the outer world of form.

The conditions and events of your life are your children formed from the molds of your subconscious impressions in sleep. They are made in the image and likeness of your innermost feeling that they may reveal you to yourself.

“As in heaven, so on earth” [Matthew 6:10; Luke 11:2]. As in the subconscious, so on earth.

Whatever you have in consciousness as you go to sleep is the measure of your expression in the waking two-thirds of your life on earth.

Nothing stops you from realizing your objective save your failure to feel that you are already that which you wish to be, or that you are already in possession of the thing sought. Your subconscious gives form to your desires only when you feel your wish fulfilled.

The unconsciousness of sleep is the normal state of the subconscious. Because all things come from within yourself, and your conception of yourself determines that which comes, you should always feel the wish fulfilled before you drop off to sleep.

You never draw out of the deep of yourself that which you want; you always draw that which you are, and you are that which you feel yourself to be as well as that which you feel as true of others.

To be realized, then, the wish must be resolved into the feeling of being or having or witnessing the state sought. This is accomplished by assuming the feeling of the wish fulfilled. The feeling which comes in response to the question “How would I feel were my wish realized?” is the feeling which should monopolize and immobilize your attention as you relax into sleep. You must be in the consciousness of being or having that which you want to be or to have before you drop off to sleep.

Once asleep, man has no freedom of choice. His entire slumber is dominated by his last waking concept of self.

It follows, therefore, that he should always assume the feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction before he retires in sleep, “Come before me with singing and thanksgiving” [Psalm 95:2], “Enter into his gates with thanksgiving and into his courts with praise” [Psalm 100:4]. Your mood prior to sleep defines your state of consciousness as you enter into the presence of your everlasting lover, the subconscious.

She sees you exactly as you feel yourself to be. If, as you prepare for sleep, you assume and maintain the consciousness of success by feeling “I am successful”, you must be successful. Lie flat on your back with your head on a level with your body. Feel as you would were you in possession of your wish and quietly relax into unconsciousness.

“He that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep” [Psalm 121:4]. Nevertheless “He giveth his beloved sleep” [Psalm 127:2].

The subconscious never sleeps. Sleep is the door through which the conscious, waking mind passes to be creatively joined to the subconscious.

Sleep conceals the creative act, while the objective world reveals it.

In sleep, man impresses the subconscious with his conception of himself.

What more beautiful description of this romance of the conscious and subconscious is there than that told in the “Song of Solomon”: “By night on my bed I sought him whom my soul loveth [3:1]… I found him whom my soul loveth; I held him and I not let him go, until I had brought him into my mother’s house, and into the chamber of her that conceived me” [3:4].

Preparing to sleep, you feel yourself into the state of the answered wish, and then relax into unconsciousness. Your realized wish is he whom you seek. By night, on your bed, you seek the feeling of the wish fulfilled that you may take it with you into the chamber of her that conceived you, into sleep or the subconscious which gave you form, that this wish also may be given expression.

This is the way to discover and conduct your wishes into the subconscious. Feel yourself in the state of the realized wish and quietly drop off to sleep.

Night after night, you should assume the feeling of being, having and witnessing that which you seek to be, possess and see manifested. Never go to sleep feeling discouraged or dissatisfied. Never sleep in the consciousness of failure.

Your subconscious, whose natural state is sleep, sees you as you believe yourself to be, and whether it be good, bad or indifferent, the subconscious will faithfully embody your belief.

As you feel so do you impress her; and she, the perfect lover, gives form to these impressions and out pictures them as the children of her beloved.

“Thou art all fair, my love; there is no spot in thee” [Song of Solomon 4:7] is the attitude of mind to adopt before dropping off to sleep.

Disregard appearances and feel that things are as you wish them to be, for “He calleth things that are not seen as though they were, and the unseen becomes seen” [Approx., Romans 4:17]. To assume the feeling of satisfaction is to call conditions into being which will mirror satisfaction.

“Signs follow, they do not precede”.

Proof that you are will follow the consciousness that you are; it will not precede it.

You are an eternal dreamer dreaming non-eternal dreams. Your dreams take form as you assume the feeling of their reality.

Do not limit yourself to the past.

Knowing that nothing is impossible to consciousness, begin to imagine states beyond the experiences of the past.

Whatever the mind of man can imagine, man can realize. All objective (visible) states were first subjective (invisible) states, and you called them into visible by assuming the feeling of their reality.

The creative process is first imagining and then believing the state imagined. Always imagine and expect the best.

The world cannot change until you change your conception of it. “As within, so without”.

Nations, as well as people, are only what you believe them to be. No matter what the problem is, no matter where it is, no matter whom it concerns, you have no one to change but yourself, and you have neither opponent nor helper in bringing about the change within yourself. You have nothing to do but convince yourself of the truth of that which you desire to see manifested.

As soon as you succeed in convincing yourself of the reality of the state sought, results follow to confirm your fixed belief. You never suggest to another the state which you desire to see him express; instead, you convince yourself that he is already that which you desire him to be.

Realization of your wish is accomplished by assuming the feeling of the wish fulfilled. You cannot fail unless you fail to convince yourself of the reality of your wish. A change of belief is confirmed by a change of expression.

Every night, as you drop off to sleep, feel satisfied and spotless, for your subjective lover always forms the objective world in the image and likeness of your conception of it, the conception defined by your feeling.

The waking two-thirds of your life on earth ever corroborates or bears witness to your subconscious impressions. The actions and events of the day are effects; they are not causes. Free will is only freedom of choice.

“Choose ye this day whom ye shall serve” [Joshua 24:15] is your freedom to choose the kind of mood you assume; but the expression of the mood is the secret of the subconscious.

The subconscious receives impressions only through the feelings of man and, in a way known only to itself, gives these impressions form and expression.

The actions of man are determined by his subconscious impressions.

His illusion of free will, his belief in freedom of action, is but ignorance of the causes which make him act. He thinks himself free because he has forgotten the link between himself and the event.

Man awake is under compulsion to express his subconscious impressions. If in the past he unwisely impressed himself, then let him begin to change his thought and feeling, for only as he does so will he change his world. Do not waste one moment in regret, for to think feelingly of the mistakes of the past is to reinfect yourself. “Let the dead bury the dead” [Matthew 8:22; Luke 9:60]. Turn from appearances and assume the feeling that would be yours were you already the one you wish to be.

Feeling a state produces that state.

The part you play on the world’s stage is determined by your conception of yourself.

By feeling your wish fulfilled and quietly relaxing into sleep, you cast yourself in a star role to be played on earth tomorrow, and, while asleep, you are rehearsed and instructed in your part.

The acceptance of the end automatically wills the means of realization. Make no mistake about this. If, as you prepare for sleep, you do not consciously feel yourself into the state of the answered wish, then you will take with you into the chamber of her who conceived you the sum total of the reactions and feelings of the waking day; and while asleep, you will be instructed in the manner in which they will be expressed tomorrow. You will rise believing that you are a free agent, not realizing that every action and event of the day is predetermined by your concept of self as you fell asleep. Your only freedom, then, is your freedom of reaction. You are free to choose how you feel and react to the day’s drama, but the drama – the actions, events and circumstances of the day – have already been determined.

Unless you consciously and purposely define the attitude of mind with which you go to sleep, you unconsciously go to sleep in the composite attitude of mind made up of all feelings and reactions of the day. Every reaction makes a subconscious impression and, unless counteracted by an opposite and more dominant feeling, is the cause of future action.

Ideas enveloped in feeling are creative actions. Use your divine right wisely. Through your ability to think and feel, you have dominion over all creation.

While you are awake, you are a gardener selecting seed for your garden, but “Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone; but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit” [John 12:24]. Your conception of yourself as you fall asleep is the seed you drop into the ground of the subconscious. Dropping off to sleep feeling satisfied and happy compels conditions and events to appear in your world which confirm these attitudes of mind.

Sleep is the door into heaven. What you take in as a feeling you bring out as a condition, action, or object in space. So, sleep in the feeling of the wish fulfilled.

Chapter 3: Prayer

PRAYER, like sleep, is also an entrance into the subconscious.

“When you pray, enter into your closet, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father which is in secret and your Father which is in secret shall reward you openly” [Matthew 6:6].

Prayer is an illusion of sleep which diminishes the impression of the outer world and renders the mind more receptive to suggestion from within. The mind in prayer is in a state of relaxation and receptivity akin to the feeling attained just before dropping off to sleep.

Prayer is not so much what you ask for, as how you prepare for its reception. “Whatsoever things ye desire, when ye pray believe that you have received them, and ye shall have them” [Mark 11:24]. The only condition required is that you believe that your prayers are already realized.

Your prayer must be answered if you assume the feeling that would be yours were you already in possession of your objective. The moment you accept the wish as an accomplished fact, the subconscious finds means for its realization. To pray successfully then, you must yield to the wish, that is, feel the wish fulfilled.

The perfectly disciplined man is always in tune with the wish as an accomplished fact.

He knows that consciousness is the one and only reality, that ideas and feelings are facts of consciousness and are as real as objects in space; therefore, he never entertains a feeling which does not contribute to his happiness, for feelings are the causes of the actions and circumstances of his life.

On the other hand, the undisciplined man finds it difficult to believe that which is denied by the senses and usually accepts or rejects solely on appearances of the senses. Because of this tendency to rely on the evidence of the senses, it is necessary to shut them out before starting to pray, before attempting to feel that which they deny. Whenever you are in the state of mind “I should like to, but I cannot”, the harder you try, the less you are able to yield to the wish. You never attract that which you want, but always attract that which you are conscious of being.

Prayer is the art of assuming the feeling of being and having that which you want.

When the senses confirm the absence of your wish, all conscious effort to counteract this suggestion is futile and tends to intensify the suggestion.

Prayer is the art of yielding to the wish and not the forcing of the wish. Whenever your feeling is in conflict with your wish, feeling will be the victor. The dominant feeling invariably expresses itself. Prayer must be without effort. In attempting to fix an attitude of mind which is denied by the senses, effort is fatal.

To yield successfully to the wish as an accomplished fact, you must create a passive state, a kind of reverie or meditative reflection similar to the feeling which precedes sleep. In such a relaxed state, the mind is turned from the objective world and easily senses the reality of a subjective state. It is a state in which you are conscious and quite able to move or open your eyes but have no desire to do so. An easy way to create this passive state is to relax in a comfortable chair or on a bed. If on a bed, lie flat on your back with your head on a level with your body, close the eyes and imagine that you are sleepy. Feel – I am sleepy, so sleepy, so very sleepy.

In a little while, a faraway feeling accompanied by a general lassitude and loss of all desire to move envelops you. You feel a pleasant, comfortable rest and not inclined to alter your position, although under other circumstances you would not be at all comfortable. When this passive state is reached, imagine that you have realized your wish – not how it was realized, but simply the wish fulfilled. Imagine in picture form what you desire to achieve in life; then feel yourself as having already achieved it. Thoughts produce tiny little speech movements which may be heard in the passive state of prayer as pronouncements from without. However, this degree of passivity is not essential to the realization of your prayers. All that is necessary is to create a passive state and feel the wish fulfilled.

All you can possibly need, or desire is already yours. You need no helper to give it to you; it is yours now. Call your desires into being by imagining and feeling your wish fulfilled. As the end is accepted, you become totally indifferent as to possible failure, for acceptance of the end wills the means to that end. When you emerge from the moment of prayer, it is as though you were shown the happy and successful end of a play although you were not shown how that end was achieved. However, having witnessed the end, regardless of any anticlimactic sequence, you remain calm and secure in the knowledge that the end has been perfectly defined.

Chapter 4: Spirit – Feeling

“NOT by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts” [Zechariah 4:6]. Get into the spirit of the state desired by assuming the feeling that would be yours were you already the one you want to be. As you capture the feeling of the state sought, you are relieved of all effort to make it so, for it is already so. There is a definite feeling associated with every idea in the mind of man. Capture the feeling associated with your realized wish by assuming the feeling that would be yours were you already in possession of the thing you desire, and your wish will objectify itself.

Faith is feeling, “According to your faith (feeling) be it unto you” [Matthew 9:29]. You never attract that which you want, but always that which you are. As a man is, so does he see. “To him that hath it shall be given and to him that hath not it shall be taken away…” [Matthew 13:12; 25:29; Mark 4:25; Luke 8:18; 19:26]. That which you feel yourself to be, you are, and you are given that which you are. So, assume the feeling that would be yours were you already in possession of your wish, and your wish must be realized.

“So, God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him” [Genesis 1:27]. “Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God” [Philippians 2:5,6]. You are that which you believe yourself to be.

Instead of believing in God or in Jesus – believe you are God or you are Jesus. “He that believeth on Me, the works that I do shall he do also” [John 14:12] should be “He that believes as I believe the works that I do shall he do also”. Jesus found it not strange to do the works of God, because He believed Himself to be God. “I and My Father are one” [John 10:30]. It is natural to do the works of the one you believe yourself to be. So, live in the feeling of being the one you want to be and that you shall be.

When a man believes in the value of the advice given him and applies it, he establishes within himself the reality of success.

5 Common Paradigms

5-Paradigms-You-Didnt-Even-Know-You-Had-860x478

I have a paradigm.

So do you.

To continue to grow, though, we must lead ourselves outside of our paradigms.

The following are five common, but often subtle, paradigms that affect the outcome of our lives. Take a look to see which ones might be shaping your life.

1. Paradigm: Everything is fine.

Life isn’t a struggle, but it’s not anything to write home about either. You’ve accepted that this is the best you’re going to get in life. Maybe because you’ve settled or you feel you don’t deserve more.

Or perhaps you just haven’t invested the time to think about what you truly want. Without a goal to pull you forward, you’ve resigned yourself to the status quo.

This paradigm is pervasive; however, it is subtly different for everyone. So don’t automatically push it aside if, at first blush, you don’t think it applies to you. Sit with it for a while to see if anything comes up.

Breakthrough Perspective: I am happy, but not satisfied.

Just like a seed in the ground wants more sunlight, nutrients and water, we all have a natural desire to grow and evolve.

The law of our being is to know more, to do more and to be more. Each time we achieve something, another desire for even greater good develops naturally—if we allow it to.

As you’ll see in just a minute, adopting a new perspective is about telling your truth. In this case, it’s acknowledging that you’re actually not satisfied with “good enough.” You want an extraordinary life; you want more for yourself and the world.

2. Paradigm: I’ve reached my income limit.

You reached a particular financial position and no matter how hard you work or what you do, your income pretty much stays the same. You feel stuck and can’t figure out how to get over this financial hurdle.

Breakthrough Perspective: I am excited about my financial future.

You can earn more money than you’ve ever dreamed of. However, you can’t do it by talking about, thinking, or feeling there’s a ceiling on your income.

Dwelling on your stagnated income only brings more stagnation. The Universe responds to what you believe.

Increased income can come only from right and positive thinking, and well-conceived and properly executed plans.

Start by getting a sheet of paper and writing down all the negative beliefs you have about money and your ability to earn more of it. Then, let those beliefs go by shredding or burning the paper.

Re-direct your mind to develop a prosperity consciousness, and the money you desire will be yours.

3. Paradigm: My best days are behind me.

Many people, particularly in their 40s and beyond, feel like they’ve already accomplished what they can, and there is not enough time left for them to start a new career, relationship, improve their health, or accumulate money.

This belief system will hit home for you if, on some level, you have given up on your goals. You may have a “why bother” kind of attitude.

Breakthrough Perspective: My best years are yet to come.

In The 100-Year Lifestyle, Dr. Eric Plasker says that your body has the hardware to live 100 years and beyond.

If you knew you’d live to 100, how would you change your life? Would you still feel you’ve already accomplished everything you can?

Our life span is increasing all the time. Expect to be prosperous, happy and healthy for 100 years and beyond. Adopting this new perspective does nothing but good for your life today and in the years to come.

I’m nearly 82 years old, and I have huge goals and more energy than many 30-year-olds. And I don’t plan to slow down anytime soon.

So if you feel like your best days are behind you, stop wasting your life and get back in the game. Get ready for your next big thing!

4. Paradigm: I am unlovable.

You feel lonely and believe you’ll never find a loving partner. You might think that if you had someone who loved you, your life would be a lot better.

Or maybe you’re very outgoing and have a great sense of humor, but inside you’re sad and lonely because you secretly feel you’re unlovable. You might go in and out of relationships because you often settle for the first person who shows interest.

Perhaps you believe you’re unlovable because you are overweight, and the number on the scale determines your value as a human being. You might think nobody wants to be burdened with someone your size.

Breakthrough Perspective: I love myself, and that love comes back to me multiplied.

You have the freedom to feel any way you want about yourself. So why would you want to belittle yourself?

If you feel unlovable in any way, create a new image of yourself and become emotionally involved with that image by, as often as possible, thinking and FEELING what it be like to be that person.

Your subconscious mind can’t distinguish between what’s real and imaginary, so get very clear about the image you want of yourself.

As you go through your day focus only on what you want (love, happiness, health). Also, develop a new way of speaking to yourself and others. Otherwise, you will sabotage yourself with negative self-image dialogue.

5. Paradigm: I need the world’s approval.

Whenever you want to do something new, you look outside of yourself for validation.

You seek approval, appreciation, acknowledgement and guidance from your employer, co-workers, friends, clients or parents. Or you look at conditions and circumstances to prove that you’re on the right path.

This paradigm is often hard to see because most of us naturally sell our abilities short. Take an honest look at your life to see if you need outside approval before going for goals or taking on new things.

Breakthrough Perspective: Spirit guides me at all times.

Religious texts tell us that we were created in God’s image, and we are “a little lower than the angels.”

So if you think your desires aren’t important, or you have an image in your mind of yourself as doomed to fail, that’s a false idea that you must let it go.

When you have a strong desire to do, create, or express something, that longing is divine discontent. It’s Spirit calling you. And if you answer the call, you will be guided and assured of success.

No matter how many of these paradigms you can relate to, you can shift to a new way of thinking.

What happens when you change your perspective

What do you see when you look at the illustration below?

young-old-woman

At first, you might see a young lady. However, if you shift your perspective, you’ll see an old woman.

Whatever you perceive to be true about the illustration (i.e., it’s a young lady or an old woman) affects how you think, feel and respond to it.

That’s the power of accepting a new perspective of your paradigm.

Now I would love to hear from you.

7 Habits to Become a Multimillionaire

7Habits (2)7 Habits to Become a Multimillionaire

Have you ever heard the following saying?

There are three types of people in the world: those who make things happen, those who watch things happen and those who wonder what happened.

Most people fall into the second or third categories. They wish their circumstances would change, but they don’t take any steps to improve them.

The few that fall into the first category don’t hope or wish for a better life. They choose to create it.

Which of the three groups do you fall in?

It’s entirely within your control

You control the quality of your life. You can get better results by becoming better so you can do better.

If you want to earn a lot more money, you can become the kind of person who serves countless others and becomes indispensable in their job. Your work can solve pressing problems, improve people’s lives, and get noticed by influential people.

When you take control and do those kinds of things, you become wealthy. You become a millionaire or a multimillionaire.

Here are 7 ways to do it:

1. Spend at Least 1 Hour a Day Learning

Most people work merely to collect a paycheck. They give their time, but they don’t put in the effort to do their best work. Then, they wonder why they don’t get a big raise.

However, the world’s most successful people strive to be and get better. They are passionate learners who want to make the most of themselves and a difference in the world. And it shows in the quality of their work.

The benefits you’ll gain from reading and developing your mind each day are immeasurable. Not only will you earn significantly more money, but every aspect of your life will improve.

2. Invest in Yourself

When we don’t pay for something, we may start it, but we rarely finish it. However, when we have some skin in the game, we are far more likely to take it seriously and follow through.

If you are serious about becoming the type of person who makes things happen, make investing in yourself one of your top priorities. There’s usually a correlation between people’s level of success and the amount they’ve spent on their education.

If the idea of investing in yourself scares you, look at it this way…

Unlike other investments, investing in yourself always pays off. For every dollar you spend on your education, growth, and skills, you’ll likely get at least 100 dollars back in return.

3. Become an Expert

If you want to become wealthy, take a serious look at the industry you work in and determine how much you think it will grow over the next ten years.

If you can see no limit to the industry’s growth, then it’s reasonable to say there’s no limit to your opportunity for growth within your industry in that same timeframe.

An expanding, dynamic industry not only needs but seeks the extraordinary person to share in its growth, and will richly reward the person of vision and action – a person who is committed to producing excellent work.

There are people in your industry right now who are writing their own ticket. You can become one of them by taking time every day to think of how you can put more into your job, how to be more creative, and how to provide exceptional service.

Test this idea by doing it for the next ninety days. You’ll be amazed at the difference it will make for you.

Then, if you continue to give your work all you’ve got, your industry will provide you with anything you want for the rest of your life.

4. Set Big Money Goals

Imagine turning your annual income into your monthly income.

Can you see it? Does it even seem possible?

Well, it is possible. There are many people doing it, and if one person can do it, so can you.

As Bob often says, “People don’t earn $100,000 a year because they want to earn $100,000 a year. They do it because they don’t know how to earn $100,000 a month.”

The only difference between people who are earning $100,000 or more a month and you is your level of awareness.

To raise your level of awareness, start by making a committed decision that you’re going to increase your income by 12 times. Write the goal on a goal card (in the present tense) and read it several times every day.

As you think about your goal, new ideas for how you can achieve it will start to flow. Some of those ideas will scare you, but don’t ignore or reject them. You can’t change your results by 12 times by engaging in the same thinking and behaviors you’re currently performing.

You’ll need to start educating yourself about how you could conceivably achieve your goal. You’ll need to become bolder, face your fears and cross boundaries most people never cross. You’ll need to create more, regularly step out of your comfort zone, and fail more.

And you’ll have to do those things over and over until your goal becomes a reality.

5. Create Multiple Sources of Income

Virtually all wealthy people have Multiple Sources of Income (MSI).

MSI is not another job. It should be viewed as a source of income that is fun, creative, and passive. It should not interfere with, nor cause you to jeopardize your primary source of income.

By developing MSI, you can earn many times what you are presently receiving from your primary source of income; it could be millions of dollars.

While there are countless ways to earn money with MSI, here are a few examples to get your creative juices flowing:

·         write a book, song, play, or movie script

·         join a network marketing company – every person in your downline is an MSI!

·         invent something

·         intellectual property (give your idea to someone else to take to market and receive a royalty)

·         real estate investing

6. Plant Money Seeds

In The Magic of Thinking Big, David Schwartz said, “You can’t harvest money unless you plant the seeds that grow money. And the seed of money is service. Put service first, and money takes care of itself.”

Dr. Schwartz’s words demonstrate his understanding of the Law of Cause and Effect, which is the principal law on which everything in the universe operates. It’s another way of saying, “As you sow, so shall you reap.”

For today’s topic, it might be best to put it this way: your rewards in life will always match your service. That said, each little “extra” you do for others is a money seed.

Because you’re planting seeds, you must recognize that whether you’re a business owner or an employee, you earn more money after you improve your performance.

When your motivation is to give, you’ll start to get insights about how you can improve other people’s lives. You’ll start contributing more, which will lead to far more opportunities, deeper relationships, and higher monetary rewards.

7. Work with a Sense of Urgency

One factor that distinguishes people who make things happen from those who don’t is the way they do their work each day.

Most people are always busy, but rarely accomplish much of real value.

However, people who make things happen are focused on a specific target. They know where they’re going and what they need to do to get there. They have intensity, a focal point, a purpose. So, they work with a sense of urgency—getting a lot done in a short period of time.

When you work with a sense of urgency, you’re thinking 10 times bigger than everyone else. You’ don’t have to work harder—you just work more efficiently through systematic thought instead of random action.

Learn to make your work count by developing a principal purpose and a systematic plan to achieve it. In so doing, you’ll emerge from the rabble of “watchers” to that of achiever and leader.

It’s not about the money

The greatest reward of being a millionaire is not the amount of money you earn. It’s the kind of person you must become to get there. You must bring more of yourself, more of the potential that is inside you, to the surface.

Money, obviously, is very important. It solves a lot of problems. It allows you to provide service beyond your physical presence.

But money is a means to an end. If you are doing work you love and believe in, money becomes a tool for helping more and more people and making a difference.

Are you willing to develop these seven habits?

Are you ready to think and act bigger so you can earn millions?

I believe in you. I KNOW you can do this.

EXPECT TO BE AMAZED

“What do you Expect?”

Have you ever been asked this question or asked it yourself?  Of course most of the time this question, is a rhetorical question or just a response to a particular situation:  “What do you expect from someone like that?, A Place like this?  Or A day like today?” etc.

But honestly this is a great question to ask.  Probably even one of the BEST questions you can be asked or ask.  WHY, you may say, because this Question will answer a lot of other questions you will have come up in your life.

What DO you expect? Not want. Not wish for. Expect. What do you believe is going to happen in your life?

Pay attention and you’ll notice that what you expect – you tend to get. Expect to be exhausted, and you will be. Anticipate a bad day, and you can just about guarantee you’ll have one.

On the other hand, expect to have an amazing day… or do an incredible job in a presentation… or make X amount of money by X date… and you’ll find that the actual outcome or result actually ends up being pretty close with the expectation.

NOW, the expectations might not always be formed as such in your mind. You may not consciously think, “I expect to be overwhelmed at work today”, or “I expect to remain in debt and be BROKE.” But if you don’t take conscious control of the process, then your subconscious expectations will simply reflect the results you’ve experienced before. And these same results, in one form or another, are what will continue to show up for you.

To have a great day tomorrow, lets try this little experiment tonight: Just before you turn out the light and go to sleep, set a clear and positive expectation for tomorrow. A positive expectation that is in direct response to a specific deficit or negative you experienced today.

I expect to be exposed to new ways to create wealth and abundance in my life.

I expect to have abundance of energy.

I expect to feel delighted with my spouse and children.

I expect to do a exceptional job at work and love doing it.

I expect to feel happy and joyful all day long.

Plant these seeds in your mind and let your expectation germinate in your mind all night long. Repeat it to yourself, the very first thing when you wake up tomorrow, and really meaning it.  And remind yourself of it periodically throughout the day. Then observe what happens.

You’ll start noticing early on that the circumstance are conforming to the expectations, and they will continue to conform as long as you continue to maintain your EXPECTATIONS.

REMEMBER, this is no accident!  Expectations are like the Law of Gravity…..You don’t want to abuse the law of gravity…..and you DO NOT want to abuse the power of expectation.  Use it wisely, use it consciously and you will have at your disposal one of the secrets to creating a “GREAT DAY, EVERY DAY”!

Using your MIND to get the RESULTS you want!

BY: Mark Wagner

“To ignore the power of paradigms to influence your judgement is to put yourself at significant risk when exploring the future. To be able to shape your future you have to be ready and able to change your paradigm.” Joel Barker

Culture is found on: habits, work practices, attitudes, beliefs and expectations – also known as paradigms. Armed with paradigms, you approach and react to the world around you, interpreting what you see and experience according to your shared understanding and those culturally determined guidelines. A paradigm, in a sense, tells you that there is a game, what the game is, and how to play it successfully. A paradigm shift then, is a change to a new game, or a new set of rules. And when the rules change, the whole world will appear to be changing. In other words, change your paradigms and you will change the way you create results.

Ideally, any changes to an organization or company should be implemented simultaneously with a change in attitude of the members or it’s employees. In other words, the people’s paradigms should be shifted at the exact same time the organization begins its transformation. It’s unfortunate that most of the organizations in the world are not preparing their people (key resources) to make the personal paradigm shifts that are necessary. There are numerous individuals who lack the understanding required to adapt to the changes that are being forced upon them. If you truly want to change your results, you must not let the limiting paradigms of your environment (outer world) influence or alter your beliefs (inner world).

“People do not resist change, when it is their choice. People resist being changed.” Michael Basch

“Paradigms keep people operating at 40MPH even though there is infinite horsepower under the hood. We never get up to the speed we are capable of and…if we did, we’d astonish ourselves” Thomas Edison

Paradigms – what are they? A Paradigm is a multitude of habits. A habit is an idea that is fixed in a person’s subconscious mind that cause them to do something without any conscious though. A paradigm is what causes our habitual behavior. Paradigms could be controlling virtually every move you make. When you understand how to build a new paradigm to replace the one that presently controls your life, you will have opened a door to getting all the results you desire.

BE THE CHANGE YOU SEEK AND START WITHIN!

Our PURPOSE is here to help you To transform your DREAMS….into REALITY, Your GOALS…into ACHIEVEMENTS AND Your THINKING….into RESULTS.
